Creating and managing successful programs and services is gained through a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of the topic. Introductory level topics are designed for people with 3 or fewer years of experience in the voluntary sector, or with limited knowledge on a given topic.



Practitioner level topics provide people information, knowledge and topics that will provide new insights into everyday problems and challenges. Thes topics are designed to help people with between 3 and 10 years of experience the voluntary sector develop their levels of expertise and hone their professional skills.



These topics are designed for people with more than 10 years' of experience in the voluntary sector. The topics provide detailed information and knowledge on the issues that affect the seasoned professional.

TOTAL RESOURCE LIBRARY PURPOSE

The purpose of the TOTAL Resource Library is to provide the staff and volunteers of non-profit organizations with easy access to up-to-date, accurate and reliable information and training materials from credible sources. TOTAL Non Profit Resources has been developed to ensure that all resources listed in the Resource Library can be accessed, printed and downloaded at no cost to the user. Through the use of these resources the staff and volunteers of these organizations will improve their level of knowledge on a variety of relevant subjects, enabling them to be more effective in their activities.

To access the library, please complete the Individual/Organization registration form. While this is not a prerequisite to accessing the library, it will facilitate the TOTAL Search Engine with process of providing the resources that most closely meet the user's needs. After completing the registration form, you can use the TOTAL Search Engine to locate the resources in which the person is interested.
