Performance Matters - Using Performance Management to Maximize
Employee Potential is being held on Tuesday June 18, 2002.
Both workshops are being held at Rygiel Supports for Community Living
at 930 Upper Paradise Road, Hamilton. The cost is $75 for one or $125
for both, plus GST.

If you need some help with a project or activity, volunteers from
across the community will be available to help non profit organizations
and schools.

Hamilton launched Bay Area Leadership on January 18 2002. The inaugural
class of 34 participants will participate in an innovative program designed
to chart a course for visionary leadership in the communities of Burlington
and Hamilton. This exciting new program will motivate, train and mentor
participants. It is focused on promoting and enhancing leadership skills
among talented individuals in all sectors of the community.

Big Sisters Canada has launched a new web site devoted exclusively to
mentoring. Mentoring Canada offers online training modules plus a downloadable
library that shares the experience that Big Brothers Big Sisters has
